Our rates depend entirely on the project.

Generally speaking, we have fixed rates for projects that are easy to identify, are well documented, or have structured project management controls built into the task. Other projects who do not have these features may require hourly rates. These generally are projects which may show unexpected results during recent inspections or major discoveries of structural or material defects from existing construction. Any unexpected results may cause us to notifiy you of charge by hourly rates. We will not walk away from any difficult project. This way, you can be assured that we will stay with the project until completion. Our office will always accommodate situations so as to stay within your budget needs and get the excellent quality service you expect from an architecture and engineering firm. We have highly qualified staff, trained by Darius Toraby (a Yale University - Masters Degree Graduate), who often will consult with you. As to the decisions of going ahead with potential improvements in structural quality, better grade material choice and more durable design specification, that will be entirely up to you.
